If you want to make something quickly and tasty in 10 minutes for your kids when they are in hungry in the evening, make bread onion snacks. The kids will definitely love to eat them and even adults can do this in the morning and eat. Okay, now lets see how to make them.

Bread - 8 slices.

Onion - 2 (chopped)

Green chillies - 2 

Mustard -1/2 tsp

Lentils -1/2 tsp

Ginger - 10 g (powdered)

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Salt - required amount

Oil - required amount

Coriander - a little

Pepper - 1 tbsp

Suger - 1 tbsp

Lemon - 1


Preparation:

First cut the bread into small cube sizes then roast a little (without roasting also can add the bread as you wish). After that put a frying pan on the oven, pour some oil and add dried ingredients such as mustard, lentils, turmeric powder, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, onion and let it simmer.

Then add turmeric powder, required amount of salt and sugar and then stir it well.

Then add bread crumbs and stir well, add pepper powder, lemon juice and sprinkle some coriander leaves and now your bread onion snack is ready.





  

               chicken fry with a thick gravy

 This chicken Fry would be wonderful to eat along with rice ,or yoghurt rice.

Ingredients:

 * Coconut oil - 1/4 cup 

* Small onion - 10-15

*Grate coconut - 1/4 cup

 * Garam masala - 1 tsp

 * Coriander - a little ginger broth

 * Lemon juice - To soak to taste ... 

* Chicken - 500 g

 * Ginger - 1 tbsp (powdered) 

* Garlic - 2 tbsp Spoon (chopped into powder) 

* onion - 1 (chopped into powder)

 * curry leaves - a little 

* yogurt - 1/4 cup

 * salt - spices to taste ..

 * cashmere chili powder - 1 tbsp 

* chili powder - 2 tbsp

 * turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

 * jasmine powder - 1 tbsp


Recipe:

 * First put a frying pan in the oven, add cashmere chili powder, jasmine powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry well for 2 minutes and set aside. 

* Then in a bowl add onion, roasted spice powder, salt and stir, then add curry leaves, ginger, garlic and squash.

 * Then add yoghurt, stir well and soak for 30 minutes.

* Then put a pan in the oven, add the soaked chicken pieces, stir, cover and cook the chicken well. 

* When the water starts to come out of the chicken, pour the oil and stir, add the small onions and stir well.

 * When the chicken is well browned, add coconut and garam masala and stir well.

 * Finally add the coriander and lemon juice and stir to prepare the chicken brittle.
