 tomatoes  contain high amount of vitamin K and calcium. one hundred grams of tomatoes contains 110 milligrams of calcium according to the United States Department of Agriculture. That means your bones will stay strong until you eat tomatoes.

If you are on a diet, it is time to include tomatoes as part of your daily diet. Tomatoes promote the production  of an amino acid called  carnitine, which is said to increase the body sability to burn fat by at least 30%.
