Foot heel crack is a common problem that can affect everyone. Women in particular are more likely to have foot rashes. The condition of suffering from not being able to wear the desired shoes due to foot eruption develops.

 

Calluses occur due to improper care of the feet. Because it occurs on the heel, it can also be called a heel spur. Decreasing moisture in the skin causes cracks and calluses. Bacterial or fungal infection is also possible if the athlete's foot becomes severe.

Mouthwash: Mouthwash helps to cleanse the nails due to the presence of alcohol.  It also helps to heal cracked irritated dry skin. Mix the mouthwash with water and soak the feet in the mixture for 15-20 minutes. Then you can remove the dead skin cells with a foam stone called a pumice stone.

 

Bananas: Bananas contain vitamin A which helps in maintaining the elasticity and moisture of the skin. Mash banana and apply on feet and wash after 20 minutes.

 

Honey: Honey acts as a natural disinfectant. Helps to heal calluses and rejuvenates the skin. Soak feet in warm water mixed with honey and wash off after 20 minutes.

 

Vaseline, lemon: Vaseline helps to add moisture to dry skin. Lemon juice helps in the production of new skin cells. Apply Vaseline and lemon juice mixture on your feet at night and sleep in woollen socks to prevent body heat from escaping. keep wash and cleaning your feet when you get up every day

 

Cactus: Put cactus on your feet at night and wear socks to bed. Get up in the morning and wash your feet. Do this continuously for 4-5 days and the dry feet will be smooth.

 

Baking Soda: Baking soda helps to make the skin smooth. Soak feet in hot water mixed with baking soda for 15 minutes. Then, rub the feet with pumice stone and wash them with clean water.
