Your heart is the main organ in your body. We can control most of the risks of the heart, which is the main organ that distributes blood throughout the body. Diet and lifestyle are tools to control heart disease.

Not all heart diseases have obvious symptoms. So, how do we know if our heart is beating healthily? Cardiovascular disease can be prevented by regular physical examination. 

Don't have a conclusion that chest pain is the only symptom of heart disease. People with heart disease may experience more symptoms than just chest pain. They are as follows:

* Irregular heartbeat

* Discomfort in the chest

* Pain and difficulties on your left part of your body

* Fainting

* Dizziness

* Sore throat or jaw pain

* Fatigue

* Chronic cough

* Swelling in legs, ankles, and abdomen

* Snoring and sleep disorders

Cardiovascular diseases are easy to cure if detected early. Therefore, if the symptoms of heart disease appear, one should consult a doctor immediately. A healthy diet and adequate exercise will keep the heart beating healthily. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains and pulses should be taken in sufficient quantity. It is better to avoid fat content, sodium and sweet foods as much as possible. Maintain a balanced body weight, avoid smoking and control depression. Diabetes, high blood pressure and high blood cholesterol can lead to cardiovascular diseases, so it is important to keep them under control.
