Required Materials:

(To prepare the dough)

* Baby Corn -15

* Corn flour - 3 tablespoon

* Wheat flour - 2 tablespoon

* Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

* Salt - as per taste

* Oil - required quantity for frying

Other items...

* Olive Oil - 1 Tablespoon

* Large onion - 1/4 cup (chopped lengthwise)

* Green chillies - 1 (chopped into small slices)

* Spring onion tender part - 1 tsp (finely chopped)

* Green part of spring onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

* Chillies - 1/4 cup (chopped lengthwise)

* Garlic - 1 tsp (smashed)

* Soya sauce - 1/4 tsp

* Chilli sauce - 1/2 tsp

* Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon

* Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

* Salt - as per taste

Recipe:

* First, pour water into a vessel and put it on the stove, when it starts boiling well, remove it, add baby corn and let it soak for 5 minutes. Then take it and cut it into small long pieces.

* Then add corn flour, wheat flour, pepper powder and salt in a bowl and make a paste by adding some water.

* Then place a pan in the oven, add the required amount of oil for frying and when it is hot, put the baby corn pieces in the wheat flour paste and fry them until it is golden brown and keep them separately.

* Then put a pan in the oven, pour olive oil, and heat it. Add green chilies, garlic, the white part of spring onion and saute for 2 minutes, then add onion and saute for a while, then add chilies and saute for a few minutes.

* Next, add the fried baby corn to it, add tomato sauce, chili sauce, soy sauce and pepper powder and stir it well. Then add the green part of the spring onion and stir. And now, your delicious Chili Baby Corn is ready!*
