And if there is a balanced amount of vitamin D, it helps in the smooth secretion of hormones like serotonin and testosterone. This prevents obesity. It also controls the amount of fat in the body. People who are on a diet to lose weight must check the vitamin D level. There is no weight loss due to vitamin D deficiency. Also calcium is reduced in the body, therefore the body becomes very tired and the chances of pain in the bones are high.

What should be done to get more vitamin D into the body so as not to become obese? First, request your doctor to test you for vitamin D deficiency and follow his instructions. If you are very low in vitamin D as this type of vitamin is very low in foods and mostly present in sunlight, you will be provided with vitamin D tablets. Please don't take the pills yourself without the prescription of your doctor, because if there is too much of this type of vitamin in the body, it turns into fat, which will be very bad for you.

In general, if you need to get vitamin D daily, start walking early in the morning and do yoga. Even if you can't do that, at least read the newspaper in the morning in the sun. Make sure to get 20-30 minutes of sun exposure in the morning. Since it is the stomach that is affected by vitamin D deficiency, if vitamin D decreases, the first place to gain weight is the abdomen.
