How to make Mutton Keema Samosa?
There are many types of samosas. There are onion samosas, potato samosas and veg samosas. But now let's see how to make a new type of Mutton Keema Samosa. This dish can be made by adding pieces of mutton, onions, green chillies and spices. This samosa gives a unique flavour. Now let's see how to make this Mutton Keema Samosa.
Key ingredients:
* 7 Samosa sheet
* 250 grams of mutton
* 3 chopped onions
* 2 tsp of chopped green chillies
* 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves
* 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
* Coriander powder as required
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
* 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
* 2 tsp of garlic paste
* 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder
* Salt as needed
* Required amount of oil
Step 1:
Pour some oil into a pan, and add 1 ½ tsp ginger garlic paste after little colour changed add chopped chillies chopped onion when they turn brown, add ½ tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, and saute all the ingredients well.
Step 2:
Then add 250 grams of mutton keema. Heat and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes. After frying all the ingredients well add 3-4 chopped onions.
Step 3:
Then add chopped coriander leaves and saute well till the water dries up. Turn off the stove and let this masala mixture cool down.
Step 4:
Next, take the samosa bar and roll it into a cone, fill it with the masala mixture and cover it.
Step 5:
Then dry the oil and deep fry the samosas until they are golden in colour.*
Step 6:
Now the delicious crunchy mutton keema samosa is ready. You can eat it with your favourite sauce or coriander chutney.
