Winter skin care methods
Dandruff is a major problem in normal times. Especially, don't listen in winter. The most important reason for this is that today's women do not put oil on their heads. This causes the skin inside the scalp to dry out.
To get rid of this problem, put half a teaspoon of pepper in two teaspoons of coconut oil and boil it. While the oil is still warm, apply it on the scalp, massage it for 10 minutes and then rinse well. After 30 minutes, dissolve one teaspoon of peanut flour and one teaspoon of fenugreek powder, rub it lightly on the head and take a bath.
• Dry skin on hands and feet, white lines visible even with slight nail scratching. To make this… leave a teaspoon of ghee in the curdled milk and beat it well with a spoon or a 'whipper'.
Apply this mixture all over your hands, feet, and neck and take a bath with normal soap. If you do this daily during the cold season, you will find the proper winter skin care method as good results.
• Wrinkles become more visible in the early 30s. You can get rid of this cramping by consuming dairy products. Take a small amount of something like milk, curd, and butter and beat it well.
Rub it on the affected areas like hands, neck, and face and take a bath after 10 minutes. Or you can leave a spoonful of coconut oil in your palm, rub both palms evenly, apply it on your face, neck, hands and feet and wash it off with just water. Thus, the skin is protected from frost damage.
• Mix olive oil, ghee and coconut oil. While taking a bath, first leave water on the body and then apply this oil mixture. Since the skin of the elderly is very dry, the oil should not be applied first. If applied after pouring water on the body, the oil will spread evenly.
• For 35 year olds, coconut milk is best. If you rub it on your head and take a bath, your hair will be soft. Scalp itching and dandruff disappear. When rubbed into the body and bathed, wrinkles disappear and the skin shimmers like gold.**
