tasty cheesy chips
ingredients
2-potatoes
¼ cup grateted
cheese
½ cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp Pepper
Salt
½ cup
chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup Bread crumbles
2 egg
oil to fry
Boil potatoes in water until soft. Mash the potatoes and add grated cheese, corn flour, coriander leaves, salt, and pepper to it and mash it well. Place the dough in a zip bag roll it evenly with a rolling pin and keep it in the fridge. After an hour take it out and cut it into chips size. Beat the egg and dip the chips into it one by one. After that, dip the chips in the breadcrumbs, deep fry all the chips in hot oil, and serve with the sauce.*
