Butter required amount
1 tsp Tomato paste
1 tsp Lime juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Garlic, ginger
minced
2 Green chili
Oil, salt, coriander
leaves
Preparation.
Fry the square cottage cheese in the oil until they are golden brown on all sides and leave separately. Keep the pan heated, add oil or butter, add the cumin seed, fry it until it splatters, and then add the garlic, ginger, and green chilli. Once the onion is thinly sliced and sizzling, add the bell pepper and chopped tomatoes. Once the bell pepper is somewhat tender, add the fried cheese and the additional ingredients. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5 minutes before removing from the heat.*
